  • Just-ripe apricots, halved and pitted
  • Creme fraiche
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • Cilantro sprigs

Directions

Fill each apricot half with a dollop of creme fraiche. Sprinkle with pepper and top with cilantro sprigs.
