Worried it would be strange with the avocado but it tastes amazing. Did add the Chia seeds as well which were a great addition. I could eat this as a dessert. The only thing I changed was that I used maple syrup instead of honey.

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds, optional 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh ginger 1 cup ripe mango 1/2 avocado 1 cup ice Honey, to taste

Directions

Soak chia seeds, if using, in 2 tablespoons water until gelatinous, about 20 minutes. In a blender, combine lemon juice, ginger, mango, avocado, and ice. Blend until smooth. Stir in honey and soaked chia seeds; serve.
