Martha Stewart Member Rating: Unrated 06/18/2010 It probably is a fondant cutter - I have one that tiny, it came in a set of 4 different star shapes. I purchased it in the baking supply isle in Micheal's Craft Store.

Martha Stewart Member Rating: Unrated 05/23/2008 I watched the show today, it is actually coconut. Martha used a star shaped mini cookie cutter (it was quite tiny!) to press out each star. Then she popped it out with the flat end of the skewer (it was hard to get out b/c it is so small).

Bette: To me it looks like the star is part of the plastic stick.

How are the white stars made?
