                First, I recommend putting root beer in the glass, then adding ice cream, then the chocolate on top. Otherwise the chocolate gets lost in the bottom, and when you add root beer to ice cream, you get major amounts of foam.
                
                This was a ton of fun, though its *really* sweet. The chocolate only adds a very little bit to the drink, since its already quite sweet with root beer and ice cream. I liked it, but most didn't want the additional chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • Root beer
  • Whipped cream, for garnish
  • Chocolate sprinkles, for garnish

Directions

Place chocolate syrup and ice cream in a tall glass. Fill glass with root beer. Top with whipped cream and sprinkles. Serve immediately with a straw and a long spoon.
