- 1 pound cherry plums, rinsed
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 14 ounces vodka (1 3/4 cups)
Directions
Poke plums with a fork and transfer to a lidded 1-quart jar. Sprinkle with sugar and pour in vodka. Cover with lid and shake. Let stand in a cool, dark place 2 weeks, shaking daily. Plums can be refrigerated in jar up to 6 months.
