Martha Stewart Member Rating: 5.0 stars 01/10/2020 So very simple and delicious, not to mention fast. I also added about a dozen halved kalamata olives, which added a little vinegar taste and sharpness that brightened the whole thing. I didn't have dill, but a garnish of julienned fresh basil was a nice substitute--changed the flavor, but looked pretty and we like basil. Will use dill another time Martha Stewart Member Rating: 5 stars 05/08/2018 I liked this recipe. Here are the changes I made though: I used cherry tomatoes and that worked well. I served it over rice and with fresh basil sprinkled on top. No one else in my family did this, but I poured a little balsamic vinegar over it and that was fabulous! Martha Stewart Member Rating: 4 stars 06/26/2013 This deceptively simple recipe is very tasty, and will definitely go into my weeknight dinner rotation. My husband said it tasted even better for lunch the next day. I served it with a rosemary foccacia bread. Yum! Martha Stewart Member Rating: Unrated 06/04/2013 i love this recipe! i've made this 3 times: twice for company & once for myself. it's easy, it's healthy, it's fast.
