Yours is so full of calories. Here's a date shake that is superior, in terms of taste and health. As for calories, there's a tremendous advantage to this recipe. (I also like it with cardamon.) I use unsweetened vanilla Almond Breeze for just 40 calories in a cup. http://www.healthy-gourmet.org/smoothies.html Another plus is that the lactose intolerant can enjoy it since it doe not contain any dairy products.
