Directions
Heat a large, heavy-bottomed skillet over high. Add scallions and snow peas and cook, stirring, until crisp-tender and charred in places, 4 to 5 minutes.
Remove skillet from heat and stir in sesame oil, chili-garlic sauce, soy sauce, and a snow-pea tips. Season with kosher salt and serve with more chili-garlic sauce.
