Martha Stewart Member Rating: Unrated 02/22/2011 I like to make this for sandwiches. To adapt it, I use about 1/3 of the rib celery (eye it). I also like to use 8 eggs instead of 6. Martha Stewart Member Rating: Unrated 01/10/2009 Egg White Martha Stewart Member Rating: Unrated 10/16/2008 I love this recipe! Quick and easy. I usually leave out the celery and use lime juice instead of lemon. The lime gives it a nice twist. Martha Stewart Member Rating: Unrated 06/16/2008 Seems so healthy and delicious, must try it to comment. Martha Stewart Member Rating: Unrated 03/05/2008 Just made it and it tasted soooo healthy! With that said I thought it could use something a little more for flavor so I added nutmeg... Martha Stewart Member Rating: Unrated 02/08/2008 I LOVED this receipe!!! I left an avacado seed in there so the avacados wouldn't go bad and I' m not sure if it was that or the lemon juice that helped, but it stayed great in a covered container for 3 days. Yum! Yum! Yum! The butter lettece was the perfect end too. Martha Stewart Member Rating: Unrated 02/06/2008 This salad is a great alternative to the usual tuna salad. It is very light, fresh, and tasty. No guilty feeling at all after eating this meal. Martha is right -- it really is a good thing. Martha Stewart Member Rating: Unrated 02/04/2008 What a fabulous salad! Just tried it for the first time on a bed of chopped romaine with whole grain crackers on the side. Not only does it taste good, I know it's good for me, too! I love the combination of textures and flavors with a bit of a kick from the cayenne pepper. Excellent recipe! Martha Stewart Member Rating: Unrated 02/02/2008 The possibilities of how and when to eat this are endless! Yumm! I sprinkled a bit of feta cheese (or bleu cheese might be nice too) before serving and it was so delicious. Thanks for my new favorite recipe:) Martha Stewart Member Rating: Unrated 02/01/2008 This was so fresh and healthy and very delicious. The combination of cayenne pepper, a little sweetness from the apple and the freshness of the parsley all explode in your mouth. My 11year old loved it. She ate it with whole grain bread as a sandwich. Excellent recipe! Martha Stewart Member Rating: Unrated 01/31/2008 I love these ingredients, but this dressing does not enhance the flavors of the ingredients. I thought it was rather tasteless. I will find a better dressing and try again. Martha Stewart Member Rating: Unrated 01/29/2008 Very good. When we saw you make it we just had to try it ourselves!!! Yummm. Will share it with many of our friends. Thank you Martha! Erik and Guusje in Portland, Oregon. Martha Stewart Member Rating: Unrated 01/28/2008 This salad is awesome-just perfect for a winter's day in Canada. It helped to stop the cravings for breads and other carbs for a little while! Martha Stewart Member Rating: Unrated 01/28/2008 This is an excelent salad, easy to make too. The only problem is I can't stop eating it! Martha Stewart Member Rating: Unrated 01/27/2008 Yummy...thought about add shredded carrot or diced yellow or red bell just for color. Martha Stewart Member Rating: Unrated 01/25/2008 hi martha! I recommend this recipe to any vegetarian or if you are a vegan, (like me) you can substitute the mayo for soy mayo and the egg whites for seitan or tofu. So Healthy and So Delicious! Martha Stewart Member Rating: Unrated 01/23/2008 Hi Martha, Watched your show today and joined your Body soul challenge. Myself and a friend are walking our mall every day, 3-4 miles a day in hopes of losing 20 lbs. Your receipes will enhance our weight loss. We very excited to have your help. Martha Stewart Member Rating: Unrated 01/23/2008 I saw this on your show today and am making it for a sorority event tomorrow night. We'll have it with roast, potatoes and carrots. Nice healthy meal, however, I have to make pineapple upside down cake for dessert. All my sorority members love your recipes. We belong to Xi Theta, the Annapolis, Maryland chapter of Beta Sigma Phi, a non-college, fundraising sorority for the community. Martha Stewart Member Rating: Unrated 01/23/2008 Hi Martha...It would be GREAT if you included calorie amount on your recipes, with nutrition info! Martha Stewart Member Rating: Unrated 01/23/2008 I missed the show today, but my mom taped it for me. This sounds so good and such a great vegetarian option that is different. A tasty way to get a jump on the needed daily protein consumption! Can't wait to make it. Martha Stewart Member Rating: Unrated 01/23/2008 I made it for breakfast and what a way to start the day off, I had everything but the parsley but I don't think it made that much difference. This is a winner for me. Martha Stewart Member Rating: Unrated 01/23/2008 Can't wait to make this salad; it sounds scrumptious!Martha Stewart Member
