- Fruit Toppings for Sodas 1 1/2 quarts vanilla ice cream 1 pint heavy cream 1 to 2 bottles old-fashioned seltzer Fresh cherries and strawberries
Directions
Place 1 to 2 tablespoons fruit or a peach half in a large soda glass. Add 2 scoops ice cream and 3 to 4 tablespoons cream. Shake seltzer bottle and squirt into glass. Top soda with cherries or strawberries.
