Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 3 teaspoons red-clover flowers/leaves
  • 2 teaspoons oats, milky green tops (or oatstraw)
  • 1 teaspoon nettle leaf
  • 1 teaspoon violet leaves

Directions

Pour 1 quart boiling water over herbs; cover and steep for 15 to 20 minutes. Sweeten with honey if desired. Drink 2 to 3 cups daily for tonic benefits.
