- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 3 tablespoons finely grated fresh horseradish, plus more to taste

Directions
In a bowl, stir together first four ingredients; season generously with salt and pepper. Stir in more horseradish, a little at a time, to taste. Serve immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container up to 1 week.
