- Ice cubes
- 1 tablespoon Simple Syrup for Mixed Drinks
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 ounce freshly squeezed celery juice
- 1 1/2 ounces Fino sherry
- 1 orange wedge
Directions
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice; add simple syrup, lemon juice, celery juice, and sherry. Cover and shake until chilled.
Fill a rocks glass with ice; strain cocktail into glass. Squeeze orange wedge over glass and add to cocktail; serve immediately.
